Mental Health Awareness
To successfully manage a workplace mental health issue you need to be able to understand it, yet managers are often poorly prepared when approached by a colleague experiencing mental ill-health, risking further harm.
This one-day workshop will help you to understand the most common illnesses, talk to and support your staff and recommend further supports. You will also learn how to normalise and manage mental health in the organisation.
